Everything an underwriter checks in a stack of statements
Built for bank statement income verification on mortgage files and for business loan cash-flow analysis, where the question is what a borrower reliably brings in each month.
- Multi-month statement analysis
- Read 3, 6, 12 or 24 months of statements per account and line them up month by month.
- Average monthly deposits
- Total and qualifying deposit averages, recalculated as soon as you include or exclude a deposit.
- Income and expense categories
- Each transaction is sorted into income, payroll, rent, loan payments and other categories you can edit.
- Recurring income
- Deposits from the same source on a regular schedule are grouped, with their cadence and average amount.
- Cash-flow trends
- See whether deposits, balances and expenses are rising or falling across the period you're reviewing.
- Unusual transactions
- Large or out-of-pattern deposits, NSF fees and overdrafts are flagged with the date and statement line.
- Underwriting reports
- Export monthly totals, averages, flags and your notes as a report ready for the loan file.
- Figures you can trace
- Every total links back to the statement lines behind it, so a reviewer can check the math.

Questions lenders ask
Does TrueBankFlow make a credit decision?
No. It organizes and summarizes what is in the statements so your underwriter can review it faster. The analysis supports their judgment and does not replace it. It is not a credit decision, a consumer report or lending advice.
How are transfers between the borrower's own accounts handled?
When statements for more than one account are uploaded, matching amounts moving between them are labeled as transfers. You choose whether they count toward qualifying deposits, and the report notes your choice.
Which statements can it read?
It reads the statement layout rather than relying on a list of banks, so it is built for US checking and savings statements from banks and credit unions, digital or scanned. Statements that fail a balance check are flagged instead of averaged.
What goes into the underwriting report?
Monthly deposit totals, qualifying and total averages, recurring income sources, NSF and overdraft events, flagged transactions, and the exclusions and notes you added.
How is borrower data handled?
Statements are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to your team, and you choose how long files are kept after a report is exported.
Can I use it today?
TrueBankFlow is onboarding lending teams in small groups. Choose Get started to request a spot, and we'll reply with a setup time.
